As a real estate investor, Bonnie Galam realized that the traditional law firm approach was not providing the right protection and assistance to consumers, particularly those conducting for sale by owner (FSBO) transactions. The prospect of hourly fees charged by most firms is so frightening to buyers and sellers that they often choose to risk going without legal guidance, even though they’re conducting a major financial transaction.
So, Bonnie decided to take a different approachwith transparent flat fees that are not dependent on the sale price.
She designed a signature service that empowers those who want to sell property without paying a hefty commission to feel confident at each stage. From identifying potential buyers to negotiating contract terms to ensuring all the steps are taken to conclude the sale successfully, Bonnie enjoys helping her clients gain the most from the sale and the FSBO experience. Instead of just preparing a contract and pushing papers at closing, Bonnie works to identify potential problems and develop solutions before the contract is prepared. She relishes the opportunity to overcome both legal and practical challenges.
Bonnie does not want to be an aloof legal advisor in an ivory tower but a part of the team working toward the best possible sale. It’s both her vocation and her passion.
