This Is How We Roll

Attorneys get a Bad Rap with Realtors

Agents see attorneys as meddlers. An unnecessary third party whose sole purpose is to overcomplicate every step. A liability to closing the deal.

Tell me we’re wrong.

We know you’re thinking it.

We get that you, the realtor have worked hard. Days, weeks, maybe months trying to connect your client with a property. Once they finally found a property they like enough to put an offer, you had to successfully negotiate a contract.

Then your client says he wants an attorney.

So you hold your breath to see if the attorney blows up the deal you worked so hard to land.

Then once you get through attorney review, you wonder if the attorney is going to be a thorn in your side to get to the closing table.

We get it.

Our Approach

Our clients are our number one priority. Full stop.

That puts us in the same position as you, the realtor.

We want what’s best for our clients and that means talking to our clients. Finding out their wants, their fears alongside their financing.

We believe that an educated client is an happy client. By being educated about the home buying/selling process, our clients can make informed, confident decisions.

Yes, sometimes those decisions are deal killing decisions.

However, we believe that buying a home should be a blessing and not a curse. We’re pretty sure you’d agree with that too.
