 If any provision of these Terms or the application thereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason and to any extent, that provision will be considered severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes or controversies arising hereunder shall be governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey.
